Government acquisitions

Government acquisitions are goods-, services- and construction contacts that a state, municipalities, municipal federations, the church, congregations, state owned corporations and other procurement departments that are named in procurement law, purchase outside of their own organization.
The Finnish government’s acquisitions are regulated in acquisition law. In the European Union acquisitions are regulated by acquisition directives.
